Colpensiones consideró que la Corte, al proferir la providencia de la referencia, desconoció la cosa juzgada constitucional y el precedente jurisprudencial.
Por no configurarse la causal de desconocimiento del precedente constitucional, ni cumplirse los requisitos para fundamentar el cargo por desconocimiento de la cosa juzgada, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decide NEGAR la nulidad invocada.
